If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to provide all of our services to you. Purchases

When you purchase a membership subscription to workingdogtraining.online you agree to these specific terms and conditions in relation to your purchase.

5.1 Membership Subscriptions. workingdogtraining.online membership is billed on a subscription basis (“Subscriptions”). This means that you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (each period is called a “billing cycle”). Billing cycles are monthly or annually, depending on what subscription plan you select when purchasing your Subscription. Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase, and you will automatically continue be charged at the start of every new billing cycle. You may cancel auto-renewal on your Subscription at any time, in which case your Subscription will terminate immediately.

5.2 Confirmation of Purchase. Once you have purchased your subscription you can access the membership portal and have access to your membership account. You are responsible for your membership details for all use and activity carried out under this account.

5.3 Price Changes.  We may change the price for Subscriptions from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes for Subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next subscription period/billing cycle following the date of the price change. You accept the new price by continuing to use Your Subscription after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with the price changes, you have the right to reject the change by cancelling Your Subscription before the price change goes into effect. Please therefore make sure you read any such notification of price changes carefully. If you cancel your subscription and then elect to restart your subscription the price charged will be the current price at the date of resubscribing.

5.4 Payment Providers. You can select to pay for your purchase through payment providers Stripe or PayPal. We do not access this payment information, except through provided programmatic methods by the provider(s). You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date. If a payment is not successfully authorised due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend or terminate your subscription until applicable changes have occurred. 

The processing of payments by your chosen Payment Provider will be, in addition to this agreement, subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Provider and we are not liable for the security or performance of the Payment Provider. We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct our Payment Provider to correct, any errors or mistakes in collecting your payment.

5.5 Taxes. Prices listed are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

5.6 Satisfaction Guarantee. We offer a thirty (30) day money back satisfaction guarantee within thirty (30) days of you first purchasing your workingdogtraining.online membership subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase email us at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your purchase letting us know that you would like to cancel your subscription. We do not guarantee results from our workingdogtraining.online membership and we take no responsibility for your actions, choices or decisions in how you use your membership or any related resources offered. We reserve the right to refuse refunds to anyone who abuses this policy.

5.6 Refunds. After thirty (30) days of you first purchasing your membership subscription our satisfaction guarantee expires and all payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. 

In Australia, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions purports to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law or the Competition and Consumer Regulation 2010 are expressly excluded where permitted, including liability for incidental or consequential damages caused by breach of any express or implied warranty or condition.

When you interact with this website or purchase a workingdogtraining.online membership subscription you agree and acknowledge that by participating in working dog training there is a risk of physical injury to you, your working dog and livestock. If you engage in our online working dog training you agree that you do so at your own risk, you are voluntarily participating in the activities and you assume all risk of injury to yourself, your working dog, and your livestock. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to release and discharge Craiglea Rural Pty Ltd from any and all claims or cases of action known or unknown as a result of your use of this website or from any information, advice, goods, services or other resources that may be mentioned or made accessible through this website and online working dog training.

Entire Agreement

These Terms embody the entire agreement between us and you and supersedes any prior negotiation, conduct, arrangement, understanding or agreement, express or implied, in relation to your use and access to our website and services (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these Terms).
